    • Archer check-in begins 1 hour before each shooting line.

    • Concessions offered on site.

    • Practice: Friday, 12/4/2026 from 5:30-8:30 PM and Saturday, 12/5/2026 from 8:30-9:30 AM

    • Local tournament awards will be given after the final shooting line is completed.

    • Cancellations with a refund, less processing fees, will be accepted until registration closes.

    • Questions: 

    • Registration will close on December 2, 2026, at 05:00 PM EST, or earlier if capacity is reached.
